The 2026 Florida Masonry Annual Convention brings together contractors, suppliers, architects, engineers, educators, apprentices, and industry leaders from across the state for three days of education, networking, competition, and celebration.
A highlight of this year's event is the return of the SPEC MIX Bricklayer 500 to Florida, bringing one of masonry's most exciting competitions back to the Sunshine State. The convention will also feature the Florida Masonry State Apprentice Competition, where registered apprentices compete for statewide recognition, as well as the Junior Bricklayer Competition, showcasing the skills and enthusiasm of students and future craft professionals entering the trade.
Attendees will celebrate outstanding projects during the Florida Masonry Excellence Awards Program, receive updates on key industry initiatives, connect with peers and partners, and help shape the future of masonry in Florida. Saturday | 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM Winners @ 1:00 PM Watch some of the industry's best masons compete in the fast-paced SPEC MIX Bricklayer 500 Regional Competition, where craftsmanship, speed, and precision are put to the test for a chance to advance to the World Championship in Las Vegas.The event will also feature the Junior Block-layer Competition for students and emerging craft professionals, as well as the Florida Masonry State Apprentice Competition, showcasing the skills and talent of Florida's next generation of masonry leaders.
